Nicholae says the funniest things....

Each and every day my child amazes me with the things that come out of his mouth!

The following are just a few:
  • We were having a rummage sales and my mom said "Thanks for Stopping" and as they were walking away and Nicholae who was at the end of the driveway told them as they left "Come again" --- NO idea where he got that from!
  • Nicholae pulled all of the elastic out of a pair of his underwear and he stood up and as we all know- underwear without elastic will not stay up.... so of course it fell and he goes "What the F***"---- I was NOT excited when he said that! We had a long discussion about naughty words. SINCE THEN Nicholae is now the naughty word police! I can't even say Shoot or he SCREAMS at me that that is a naughty word and if he hears me say it again I have to sit in time out!
  • Nicholae had a whissle that he was told not to blow in my grandmas house so he was listening to that or it would have gotten taken away- I come to pick up the kids and I was playing with the whissle and blowing it a little and he comes up to me and RIPS the whissle out of my mouth and says "GRANDMA DIERKS says you can't blow that darn thing in the house or you can't play with it!"
There will be more to come... haha

MAN how time flies!!!

The last month and a half has flown past!

Since I last wrote we have been through and done so much!

First off on 4th of July weekend I hit a deer- well let me rephrase that- A DEER jumped on my car and acted like he wanted to give me a kiss through the window. He jumped off my car and ran into a mailbox- DUMB deer is all I have to say on that. The damage was minimal and everyone was okay. I just get told that every time we see a deer crossing sign that I need to let the deer go first- says Nicholae.

Tori celebrated her first birthday- I can't believe my baby is 1!!! It seems like yesterday we were bringing her home from the hospital. EXCITING NEWS: She hardly spits up anymore- from going through 5-6 outfits a day she is in one and maybe two.

I was in Dallas for Mary Kay- it was a life changing experience. I have so many goals and dreams for my Mary Kay business and learned that anything I want can happen with the help of this amazing business and company standing behind its sales force.

Jesse graduated from Basic Combat Training- it was great to see him the kids were definitely in 7th heaven. The military truely does run his life- we didn't get to see him as much as we wanted to but it is just teaching all of us to treasure the time we have together.

There has been so much more that has happened and so much continuing to happen.

Nicholae is going to preschool this fall which he is totally excited about and so am I- he needs to get out of my daycare a couple days a week. He is still challenging me on EVERYTHING and his new thing is screaming in my face- this is stopping very quickly- I don't respond well to people screaming in my face ESPECIALLY a three-year old!

Tori is walking and is the funniest kid- she laughs and giggles at everything. When we talk about grandma and papa she always waves and LOVES to see them.
